This copy is specially hardbound in red cloth with the title ÔLucy and George Burns' on the spine and ÔBob O'Brien' at the lower right corner of the front board gilt-stamped. Fine. George Burns guest starred as himself in this episode in which Lucy's character works as a secretary in the accounting firm Mr. Burns employs, where her not-so-secret ambitions of stardom come into play when he visits the firm and laments upon the lack of available and talented comediennes.

This episode featured a guest performance by Joan Blondell who was to be a recurring guest-star in the fourth season as Lucy's neighbor, but who only appeared in two episodes.

This episode featured a performance by famous make-up artist Michael Blake (as himself) and told the hilarious story of how Lucy, in her usual impulsive way, takes on the role of choir director, and her attempts to enlist her office mates in perfecting a performance of ÔThe Twelve Days of Christmas.'
