Nov. 1934.Ó At the time he was a very young struggling stage actor in Los Angeles where he grew up. Very good in a very good lightly used dust jacket with a few tiny chips and tears. One of the earliest screenplays published in book form. The film starred Wallace Beery as P.T. Barnum with Adolphe Menjou, Rochelle Hudson, and Virginia Bruce. Illustrated. William Holden was one of Hollywood's great actors appearing in such classics as Sunset Boulevard, The Bridge On the River Kwai, The Wild Bunch, Stalag 17, Sabrina, Picnic, etc.
