Illustrated with Scenes from the Motion Picture New York Grosset & Dunlap 1924 Photoplay edition issued to coincide with the release of the silent film Wild Oranges, directed by King Vidor, starring Frank Mayo, Virginia Valli, Ford Sterling, Nigel De Brulier, and Charles A. Post. Near fine copy with a hint of use in a very good dust jacket with some dust soiling and a few small chips and tears. The publisher's own copy stamped on the the top edge of the book and the spine of the dust jacket: ÒOFFICE FILE COPY.Ó The front panel of the dust jacket shows a color picture of Frank Mayo and Virginia Valli standing in a garden with orange trees in the background. On the printed half-title, the Grosset & Dunlap staff has written information about the date of publication, the name of the printing company they used, and how many copies were printed. The film tells the story of love, loss, and family drama set in the South. Price:
