Photoplay edition issued to coincide with the British release of silent mystery film starring Elmire Vautier and Rene Navarre. Near fine copy with a hint of use in a very good plus bright dust jacket with some slight dust soiling to the spine and a couple of tiny edge nicks. The front panel of the dust jacket has a vivid full color painting showing a man shooting a gun at a spectral creature coming out of a statue in the Paris museum. The rear panel painting shows a beautiful sleeping woman in bed while a large green monstrous arm and hand reaches for a stack of letters tied with a red ribbon lying on her night stand. Listed in both Bleiler and Hubin.
