1 Original Souvenir Program for the Film Harvey
Los Angeles Universal Pictures 1950
A 4 page program for the gentle comedy about a tippler, played by Stewart, whose companion is a 6ft. tall white rabbit named Harvey (actually he was 6ft. 3in.). The film was directed by Henry Koster and also starred Josephine Hull (who won an Oscar), Peggy Dow, Charles Drake, and Cecil Kellaway. Based on the Pulitzer Prize winning play by Mary Chase. The program has a drawing of the smiling Harvey embracing a lamppost on the cover, and a short two page spread of information on the film, cast, and crew. There is another charming image of Harvey on the interior page, leaning against a bar and enjoying a martini above an information box which reads ̉Trade Paper Reviews to run Thursday, October 12thÓ. Minor soiling, else fine on stiff paper.
