15 JUDGE, MIKE & LARRY DOYLE This Sucks, Change It! Giant Inactivity Book with Handy Remote Control. Created by Mike Judge, Written by Larry Doyle
New York MTV Books/Simon & Schuster 1995
First Edition. Hardbound oblong format (11 3/4” x 8 1/4”) with an attached simulated black plastic remote control device with 12 picture coded buttons intended to be used at various points in the text for that realistic touch, which when pressed offer up the classic sounds of the MTV cartoon series, Beavis and Butt-Head, with exclaimations like: “Whoaaa. Huh, huh, huh.”, “I am Cornholio.”, “Shut up, ass-munch.”, “That's cool. Huh, huh, huh, huh.”, etc. Fine without dust jacket as issued. Includes a small folded Beavis and Butt-Head pamphlet of related promotional items. Despite the wickedly gross humor, it's hard not to like these two id-driven maniacs, if for no other reason than they take such pleasure in saying out loud what most of us wouldn't even begin to think.
