Signed presentation copy to actress Honor Blackman from the author inscribed by the author: “Honor Blackman, with many thanks and best wishes, Andrew Rissik.” Blackman played Pussy Galore along side of Sean Connery in the film adaptation of Ian Fleming's Goldfinger. Honor Blackman is referred to or quoted a number of times in the text. Laid in is an Autograph Letter Signed from Rissik to Blackman presenting the book, thanking her at length for her help, and enclosing an errata sheet which is an acknowledgments page that the printer left out of the book by accident and which thanks Blackman in print. Illustrated. Very good in a very good price-clipped dust jacket.

Diamond, In recognition of your brilliant work & appreciation of the Holmes Legend, from Charles Higham, January 12, 1984.” Fine in a fine dust jacket. Higham's well received biography of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

First Edition, First Printing. Signed by the author: “Bob Wade, aka Whit Masterson.” Very good copy with some minor edge wear, with a small moisture stain (flat not rumpling kind) to the upper right hand corner of the front free endpaper, and with more extensive stains to the rear endpaper. In a very used and dust soiled price-clipped dust jacket with dampstaining the rear flap and showing in the interior of the jacket's interior blank area, with some fading to the spine and a few small chips and tears.The literary basis of the Orson Welles film masterpiece ‘Touch of Evil' starring Orson Welles, Charlton Heston, Janet Leigh, Joseph Calleia, Akim Tamiroff, Marlene Dietrich, and Dennis Weaver, with uncredited cameos by Joseph Cotten, Ray Collins, and Mercedes McCambridge. The front panel of the dust jacket is a graphic illustration of a man in a trench coat and hat running from a bundle of a half dozen lit sticks of dynamite.
