Joshi.” With the Wandrei estate bookplate affixed to the front pastedown which reads: “From the Library of Donald Wandrei - St. Paul, Minnesota - Author & Co-Founder of Arkham House - Publishers.” 473 pages with additional introductory material, explanatory notes, and abbreviations. Near fine copy without dust jacket as issued. Donald Wandrei was a personal friend of Lovecraft and Wandrei is mentioned at numerous places in the text, as co-founder of Arkham House and editor of his letters, Wandrei was one of the one important figures in helping to establish Lovecraft's now high reputation. A comprehensive bibliography about the works of Howard Phillips Lovecraft (1890 - 1937), scholar, writer, poet, journalist, essayist, metaphysician, and unquestionable master of the horror and fantasy genre.
