First Edition. The hardcover finely printed eulogy for noted Los Angeles attorney Gregson Bautzer, bound in full tooled leather that belonged to film director Frederick De Cordova (who served as an honorary pallbearer) with his initials stamped in gold in the one the front cover. This copy has an inscription from Mr. Bautzer's wife, Niki to Mr. De Cordova: “To his dear and respected friend, Freddie - With Gregson's deepest admiration and love. Niki.” Frederick De Cordova is best known as the long-time executive producer of NBC's “Tonight Show” with Johnny Carson, “The Smothers Brothers Show”, the “Jack Benny Program”, the “Burns and Allen Show”, and the popular series “My Three Sons”. With several printed tributes, including one from California Senator Thomas Kuchel and another from California Speaker Willie Brown.
